About the Product
The whole YHH Color Chrome Powder range (樱禾彩色魔镜粉) in one set: all 12 shades, one 0.5 g jar of each. Rub the ultra-fine powder onto a no-wipe top coat for a high-shine, mirror-like metallic finish in saturated color, from rouge, rose red and kumquat orange through sunny yellow and grass green to inkstone blue, sapphire blue and two purples, plus softer light pink, misty peach and a champagne-toned snow mountain rose.
Use it all over for a full chrome nail, along the tip for a chrome French, for fine lines and accents, or over no-wipe sculpting or liner gel to make raised details shine like metal. YHH's swatch tips are shown over a black base.
How to Apply
- Build and shape the nail so the surface is smooth; an uneven surface makes the mirror finish patchy.
- Apply a thin layer of no-wipe top coat and cure for 30–40 seconds, depending on your lamp.
- Dip a fingertip in alcohol, let it evaporate, and pick up powder while the finger is still slightly damp. Rub it on in one direction, pressing lightly; rubbing back and forth can make it clump.
- Gently sponge away the loose powder, and keep powder off the free edge, where it wears fastest.
- Seal with a layer of strengthening gel, floating a generous bead over the nail so the brush doesn't scratch the powder. Cure for 60 seconds. Don't seal with base gel: acidic base gels can react with metallic powders and make them fade or disappear.
- Apply top coat and cure for 60 seconds, then lightly buff the sides and free edge.
