About the Product
YHH Chrome Resisting Top Coat (俄式磨砂封层, sold in China as a "Russian matte" top coat) is a thin matte gel with a suede-like finish, made for chrome powder work. Powder won't cling to it where you don't want it, so rubs come out cleaner. It brushes on thin with no brush marks.
It is not meant to be the final matte layer. After curing, wipe off the sticky layer for the best result.
How to Apply
- Apply a thin, even layer over fully cured color gel.
- Cure for 120 seconds under an LED/UV lamp.
- Wipe off the sticky layer, then continue with your chrome or design work and finish with a top coat.
