How to Apply
- (Optional)Wipe a thin film of petroleum jelly or cuticle oil inside the cavity — this releases the piece cleanly and extends the mold's life.
- Fill the cavity with a suitable gel or resin.
- Level the surface and pop any bubbles with a fine tool.
- Cure fully under your UV/LED lamp per the gel manufacturer's instructions.
- Flex the mold and demold gently once the piece is completely set.
- Attach to the nail with a bead of gel, then cure.
- Seal with top coat if desired and cure again.
Care & Good to Know
- These molds are handmade, so slight surface texture, trim marks and small inclusions can appear on fine details. Thickness and clarity also vary between batches depending on how much release agent was used — matte-looking silicone is not a different material and does not affect performance.
- Silicone molds has limited life span. Choose low-heat-curing products where possible and rest the mold between casts rather than using it back to back.
- Clean with soap and water, dry fully, and store flat and dust-free.
