MODING RA Builder Base in a Bottle combines base, color, structure and reinforcement in one brush-on gel. The 12-shade range moves through translucent whites, soft pinks, peaches and natural browns for polished overlays with a clean, softly tinted finish. 

The formula is HEMA-Free and TPO-Free.

How to Apply

  1. Lightly buff the nail surface
  2. Apply a thin layer of builder base.
  3. Float a bead to build a smooth curve, flash cure each finger as you work
  4. Cure the whole hand in a full sized lamp
  5. Finish with a thin top-coat layer and cure for 120 seconds.
