MODING Cn11 Velvet Matte Top Coat is HEMA-free and TPO-free, from MODING's 三不含 (three-free) Cn function gel series. It lays down a soft, velvety matte finish that smooths the nail surface and refines any gel color underneath, and it needs no wipe once fully cured. The bottle format keeps application precise and controlled.
Why the formula matters
- HEMA-free — HEMA is the monomer most often behind gel sensitivity and contact allergy, so a HEMA-free top coat is the safer choice for sensitized clients and for techs with daily exposure.
- TPO-free — TPO is the photoinitiator restricted in the EU from September 2025, so a TPO-free formula keeps the service current with where the regulations are heading.
How to Apply
- Prep and cleanse nails.
- Apply your cured color or builder as desired.
- Apply a thin, even layer of the top coat.
- Cure according to the product and lamp instructions.
- Allow to cool; no wipe needed if fully cured.
